I would like to see a provision put in the membership section of the by-laws for military. I have been a member of the CDVFA and Columbia Fire Co of Osceola Mills for over twenty years. I have spent most of that time in the US Air Force traveling from one base to another, Temperory Duty away from the home base and Deployed to far away assignments. If it wasn't for my father I would have been removed years ago. I wish to see a provision to pay a one-time dues or a set aside for military. I wish to thank Mr Corbin over the years for keeping up with my 11 address changes over 24 years of military service. I still wish to be part of this organization as I am from the Great State of Pennsylvania.

Convention was great. How ever do to some local's I had my Generator stolen sunday morning, Thanks to an ashville firefighter that was a witness, and got a license plate number , the state police did recover it the same day. There were four young men involved in this, They were to have taken some other things from other camp sites, like coolers etc. if anyone else was missing any thing contact me i'll give you the troopers name thats taking care of the case.. the four are being chared with felony theft....
